Imagery Analysis 30-53
There aren't very many obvious instances of imagery in this range, but those that do are generally centered around the body or clothing. Throughout the novel there are very few points in which the environment is described, suggesting the rather self centered, body conscious viewpoint of adolescence. The imagery inside the novel usually seems to give an impression of sadness, of something once beautiful now decayed, worn away, or of something soon to be so. When it doesn't give that impression, the images evoked always seem... wrong somehow.
